That’s why our hotels are Pet Friendly and delighted to host your dogs and cats, always with respect for the comfort of all our guests.
Only dogs and cats are allowed to stay.
One pet is allowed per room (with the exception of very small pets, whose total weight must not exceed 8 kg).
Pets are not allowed in indoor dining areas (bars, restaurants). In outdoor spaces, they are welcome in designated areas marked “Pet Friendly,” so you can enjoy your time together.
Guide dogs are the exception and are warmly welcomed everywhere, without restrictions.
For every room accommodating a pet, there is a cleaning fee of €10 per stay, ensuring it remains perfectly clean and fresh for our next guests.

Capsis Astoria Hotel was fully renovated in 2025, with the main goal of creating a more modern and environmentally responsible hotel. The renovation was designed and implemented with a focus on reducing energy consumption and improving water resource management, without compromising comfort and hospitality quality.
In this context, significant interventions were made in equipment and infrastructure, utilizing energy-efficient systems and energy-saving practices, as well as solutions that help reduce water consumption.
At the same time, the hotel implements organized recycling practices, and eco-friendly cleaning products and recyclable paper are used in its daily operations, thus minimizing its environmental footprint.
Environmental responsibility is an integral part of the philosophy of Capsis Astoria Hotel. Through continuous staff education and awareness, the hotel is committed to ongoing development, actively contributing to a more sustainable future for urban tourism.
