EROFILI RESTAURANT
The main restaurant “Erofili” of Capsis Astoria Hotel in Heraklion is located on the mezzanine floor and is a bright and pleasant space with a view over Eleftherias Square.
Recently renovated, the hotel’s main restaurant hosts our rich and freshly prepared breakfast every day. Among other options, you will find flavors and aromas from the famous Cretan cuisine, as well as selections suitable for guests with special dietary needs. We are proud participants in the “Greek Breakfast” initiative of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.
In the same area, an Early Continental Breakfast is served from 04:30–06:30 for guests departing very early in the morning, while the same space also offers lunch or dinner buffet. The venue can furthermore be reserved for private events, such as corporate meals or group dining, upon arrangement.

Café Bistro Capsis
On the ground floor of Capsis Astoria Hotel Heraklion, on the pedestrian street of Souliou, the Café Bistro Capsis complements the social and professional life of the city, serving as a meeting point for locals and hotel guests since 1966.
A wide variety of beverages is offered, including freshly ground coffee, rich hot and cold chocolates, aromatic teas, natural fruit juices, soft drinks, Greek and international beers, and signature cocktails, served daily from early morning until late in the evening.
Our extensive wine list features labels from local producers, paired with Cretan and Mediterranean gastronomic suggestions curated by the hotel’s Chef.
During the winter months, complimentary treats are served with every coffee order from 10:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m.

Capsis 360° Rooftop Bar
At the Roof Garden of Capsis Astoria Hotel, the open-air Capsis 360° Rooftop Bar operates during the summer months, offering a truly relaxing experience.
Located on the 7th floor of the hotel, with panoramic views of the city, the sea, and Mount Youchtas, you can enjoy the sun and cool off by the pool while savoring refreshing drinks and Mediterranean dishes from early in the morning.
Admire the sunset while sipping exotic cocktails in the afternoon hours, and enjoy a wonderful dinner under the starlight accompanied by soft music.
The space can host a wide range of social events, such as receptions, cocktail parties, or private dinners.
It operates daily during the summer season, depending on weather conditions, from morning until late in the evening.
Swimming in the pool is permitted until the afternoon hours.
