Fire – Safety Instructions: Emergency Exit doors are clearly marked in all hotel areas. There
is also sufficient fire- extinguishing equipment throughout the hotel.
Environmental Policy: We take environmental sustainability issues seriously; this is why we
apply a specific policy for the use of the hotel’s linen. You will find detailed information in
your room. The detergents we use are ecological and environmental friendly and we also
use recycled toilet paper and napkins.
Accessibility features: The hotel is carefully designed to enable access and transportation of
the physically challenged throughout all its main facilities. Service Dogs are allowed
throughout the facility with no extra charge. The hotel also features Rooms specially
designed for people facing mobility issues. Please do not hesitate to notify the reservations
department for any further assistance you may need
Children policy: One child under the age of 12 years stays free of charge sharing existing bed
in parent’s room. One extra child up to the age of 12 years is charged 10 € per person per
night in existing bed (parents room). Baby cot available upon request, free of charge. The
maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1
Medical Assistance: The hotel has a fully equipped pharmacy. For emergencies please
contact the front-desk directly. Kindly notify the reservations department or the front desk
prior or during your arrival if you are allergic or facing a chronicle medical condition that
requires special attention.
Pet policy: Dogs and cats with a maximum weight of 10 kg/22 lb are welcomed to the Capsis
Hotel (in specific room types / 1 pet per guestroom), as long as the hotel has been notified
prior to the arrival. Pets may not remain in the guestroom alone and unguarded as the
service staff may need to enter. A one-time per-stay per-room pet cleaning fee may apply
(not applicable for Service Dogs). Pet owners are responsible for all property damage
resulting from their pet. Any disturbances such as barking or meowing must be curtailed to
ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
Smoking Policy: To assure that our facility is not exposed to actions that generate an odor
which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove
from the air, carpets, walls, and furniture, we do not permit smoking and vaping in all of the
hotel’s main facilities and in non-smoking rooms. Guests smoking in non-designated areas
will be fined.
